This webinar invited nursing students to learn about careers in neonatal nursing from a panel of seasoned neonatal nurses in different neonatal nursing roles - from beside to management to advanced practice - about getting started in the NICU, early career survival skills, and advice for making the most of early neonatal nursing career experiences. 

Learning Outcomes:

Explore the different roles in the NICU that include Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nursing Educator, Manager, and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, and see how they all work together as a team.
Discuss strategies that will help nursing students who are interested in a NICU career move towards that position after graduation.
