NICU Rescue: Developmental Care

This Escape Room toolkit will help NICU nurses create an exciting, team-building escape room scenario centered around developmental care fundamentals. Based on a concept used onsite at the 2025 NANN Annual Conference, this toolkit follows a music festival theme, with moderators guiding participants through questions and obstacles—with time limits—to create a fun environment for knowledge validation and learning.
