Positioning the Neonate for Best Outcomes

As neonatal clinicians, we play a pivotal role in laying the foundation and supporting positioning practices that will promote the integrity, control and organization of the musculoskeletal, posture and sensorimotor systems. We also have the responsibility to educate parents on the importance of these practices for improved outcomes.
